Playground was mandated with the creation and execution of the digital strategy that would support the National Bank’s vision of being “recognized as providing the most distinctive and relevant client experiences in Canadian banking through the innovative use of data and analytics.” In coordination with the in-house team, Playground provided a strategy that included target configurations, ad structures, and supporting graphic assets.
